I acknowledge that I have received ONE Key FOB for the pool gate. I understand that if I rent my unit in the future or currently rent out my unit, it will be my responsibility to pass the key FOB to my tenant and that I forego the use of Westwood Village facilities in lieu of my tenants.

Additionally, I assume full responsibility for the FOB and acknowledge that a replacement cost will be $150 dollars, no exceptions.

I am also aware that the Association may disable the FOB if I am not a unit owner in good standing or I or my tenants (if applicable) violate any Association’s Rules and Regulations.
